What temperature can it be applied in?
Apply when sealant, surface, and air temperature are above 40°F and rising, with air no hotter than 95°F and substrate no hotter than 140°F. Once cured, it holds up across a -30°F to 180°F service temperature range.

What's the difference between Mortar & Stucco Repair and Concrete Repair?
Mortar & Stucco Repair handles wider gaps (up to 2" versus 1" for Concrete Repair), also exceeds ASTM C-920 Type S Grade NS Class 12.5 in addition to ASTM C-834, cures faster (skins over in 30 minutes and fully cures in 4–5 days versus 1 hour and 5–10 days), and comes in Gray or Beige. Concrete Repair is Gray only and is positioned specifically for horizontal surfaces like driveways and sidewalks, while Mortar & Stucco Repair is built for textured vertical surfaces like stucco, EIFS, and mortar joints.
Does Mortar & Stucco Repair come with a guarantee?
Yes. If the product ever cracks, peels, or separates after proper storage and application, Tower Sealants will replace it when the purchaser returns proof of purchase. Like Concrete Repair, this TDS doesn't state a specific number of years for the guarantee.

Barcode conflict: this TDS lists UPC 843034002431 for Gray (TS-00241), but the Concrete Repair TDS lists that exact same UPC for a different item, TS-00243. One of these two UPC codes is likely a typo in the source documents — worth correcting at the source before either code goes into a scannable listing.
