Mortar & Stucco Repair is a 100% acrylic water-based product designed to repair cracks and defects in mortar, stucco, EIFS, stone, brick, or block. Textured for blendable repairs. Mildew and UV resistant. Available in Gray and Beige.

MORTAR & STUCCO REPAIR is designed to repair cracks and defects in mortar, stucco, EIFS, stone, brick or block. This waterbased acrylic product is used to repair or seal surfaces, such as stucco, EIFS, mortar joints, grout joints, fiber cement board, block, brick, concrete, stone, tile, wood and more. This ready to use patch
combines Tower’s best durability, flexibility and adhesion for lasting repairs. This easy-to-apply, 100% acrylic water-based product is textured so repairs can be blended in. The cured material can be painted and is mildew and UV resistant.

Surfaces to be caulked must be dry and free of all dirt, dust, oil, mildew, loose paint, old caulk or other contaminates. Only apply when sealant, surface, and air temperature are above 40ºF and rising. Do not apply on surfaces that exceed 140ºF, or when rain is expected.
- Cut nozzle at a 45º angle. Cured bead should be between 1/8” and 2” wide. Use a foam backer rod for joints that exceed 1/2” in depth.
- Tool patch to match desired texture and profile of the surrounding area.
- Clean up uncured material and tools with soap and water.
- Allow 4 to 6 hours before painting.
Coverage: 55 linear feet for a 3/16” bead. Product will “skin-over” in 30 minutes. Product may take 4-5 days to reach full cure, temperature and humidity dependent.
NOT INTENDED FOR AREAS THAT WILL BE SUBMERGED IN WATER. KEEP FROM FREEZING. ALWAYS TEST FOR SUBSTRATE COMPATIBILITY.
Immediately after use, clean uncured material and tools with soap and water. Remove cured sealant by cutting with a sharp-edged tool.
