Mortar & Stucco Repair is designed to repair cracks and defects in mortar, stucco, EIFS, stone, brick or block. This water-based acrylic product is used to repair or seal surfaces, such as stucco, EIFS, mortar joints, grout joints, fiber cement board, block, brick, concrete, stone, tile, wood and more.

Easy to apply, this sealant forms a flexible, durable, and watertight seal that exhibits long-term superior adhesion to construction materials. Once cured, it is mildew resistant.

Tower Residential Sealant exceeds the requirements of Fed. Spec. TTS-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C-920, Grade NS, Class 25; and ASTM C-834 Type OP, Grade -18°C. Complies with AAMA 808.3. AU-1 LAB is a high-performance, elastomeric liquid weather resistive barrier and flashing membrane. This weather resistant barrier (WRB) functions as both a membrane and flashing and is designed to protect structures from moisture intrusion, air leakage, and environmental stressors. This low-odor, waterproofing barrier can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled, and requires no primer.
